Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

- Orders placed late evening may be processed the next business day.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email your tracking link (when available).
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Shipping fees

Incorrect address / delivery issues
Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order. If an address is incorrect and the parcel is returned to us or cannot be delivered, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Lost / missing parcels
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel, first check with neighbours, building reception, or safe place. If it’s still missing, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll support you in raising a courier investigation.
Customs, duties & taxes (international)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country. These charges are typically the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by us.
Pre-orders / out-of-stock items
If an item is a pre-order or temporarily out of stock, the product page (or your confirmation email) will mention an estimated dispatch timeframe. If your order contains multiple items, we may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
Returns related to shipping
