Return & Refunds
We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’ll make the return process simple and transparent. Please read the policy below before initiating a return request.
This policy applies to items purchased from our online store. Return approvals are subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags, labels, and original packaging must be included.
- For hygiene reasons, some items may be non-returnable (see “Non-returnable items”).
Refund timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
How to start a return
Email us with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will confirm eligibility and share the next steps.
- Include: Order number, item(s) you want to return, and photos if the item is damaged/incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return.
Tip: If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety, the following items may not be eligible for return:
- Items marked “Final Sale” / “Clearance”
- Undergarments / intimate items (if applicable)
- Gift cards
- Items returned used, washed, worn, stained, or missing original tags/packaging
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or colour, we can help based on stock availability. The fastest method is often returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.
Return shipping fees
Return shipping costs are typically the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. If we confirm an issue from our side, we will arrange a suitable resolution.
Incorrect / damaged items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll prioritize your case and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Late or missing refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared after 7 business days from confirmation, check with your bank/payment provider first. If you still need help, contact us and we’ll investigate.
